MISSION

To identify people engaged in bold and courageous social change and to help them accelerate their effectiveness and advance their mission wherever in the world it might be.

VISION

GFiC believes that if we identify young human rights leaders around the world and surround them with:
1) a cohort of like-minded and passionate leaders;
2) time and space to think big;
3) new ways to share their stories and work;
4) access to expert mentors; and
5) access to capital;
we will enable them to accelerate and scale their impact, leading to human rights being more universally enjoyed throughout the world.

Our first cohort of 12 Gender Justice Fellows in 2024 will serve as a pilot. They will participate in a seven month accelerator experience delivered virtually. Successful completion of the program will be recognized with a US $10,000 Global Fellows Prize. In 2025, the accelerator will be expanded/scaled to serve multiple cohorts in multiple themes each year.
